THE REGION
The province of Segovia offers nature lovers great natural spaces and recreational areas. On the vast grain plains, typical of the Castilian fields, the large pine forests, the mountain landscapes are formed by meadows, oaks and pines or the fresh river banks, bordered by poplar forests or steep cliffs formed by the erosion of water over the years. Natural parks such as Sickles of the Duratón or Sickles of the Riaza, the National Park of Guadarrama and the Sierra de Ayllón, are sufficient guarantees to get breathtaking trips .
This region offers countless leisure opportunities:

THE COTTAGES
Cottage I ( 2Pax )
This is a self-catering cottage for 2 with all a visitor will need for a relaxing stay.
It has a double bedroom with a soft combination of colors and a queen size bed with
high density mattress and pillow, a sitting room, and full equipped kitchen
The bathroom has a hydro sauna shower cabin. It also features central heating , air conditioning and fireplace.
Cottage II (2 Pax)
Same features as Cottage II, although different colour schemes.
Cottage III & IV ( 4Pax)
Cottages III & IV is proposed as a 4 pax full rental rural house with rustic architecture; typical of the area, although equipped with all the comforts.
It consists of two bedrooms with beds of 1.50 meters -with mattress and visco-aloe vera pillows that will guarantee maximum comfort and help visitors to reconcile a peaceful and restful sleep. Each bedroom with its own bathroom, one with a 2-PAX hydro massage and the other bathroom with hydro-sauna cabin for 2 people. On the ground floor there is a toilet, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
To guarantee the right temperature, the house is equipped with central heating, a fireplace and air conditioning. In summer you can enjoy a cozy porch, garden area and outdoor barbecue …
Cottage V
Cottage/House V is a rural house proposed as a complete rental unit for 15 pax. It is built in a rustic architecture style, typical of the area although equipped with every modern comfort .
It consists of 5 suites- 3 triples, one double- all with en suite bathroom with hydro massage bathtubs for 2 people and one room for 4 people with an attached bathroom with hydro massage cabin. Every bedroom has high density mattress and visco-aloe vera pillows that will guarantee maximum comfort and will help to reconcile a placid and restful sleep,
To guarantee the right temperature, the house is equipped with central heating, a fireplace and air conditioning.
Large fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room equipped with a 50 “television.
This very spacious house lodging 15 Pax, often serves as a meeting place for large groups
In summer a garden area and an outdoor barbecue are appreciated.
THE RESTAURANT
The restaurant is independent of the accommodation and features its own entrance.
It is specialized serving typical Spanish and Portuguese cuisine and can serve all meals at the cottages if so requested.
TURN OVER
As the owners opened this Rural Tourist Complex as a “ hobby”, they only open for the public during the summer holiday months and during the week -ends. Nevertheless they achieve a turn over of approx 250.000 euro /year.
No doubt this figures can be tripled by opening all year round.
