Patagonia

is a sparsely populated region at the southern end of South America, shared by Argentina and Chile. The region comprises the southern section of the Andes Mountains, lakes, fjords, and glaciers in the west and deserts, tablelands and steppes to the east. Patagonia is bounded by the Pacific Ocean on the west, the Atlantic Ocean to the east, and many bodies of water that connect them, such as the Strait of Magellan, the Beagle Channel, and the Drake Passage to the south.

The Province of Río Negro

The Hotel B&B counts with a new building  of 350 square meter on a plot of 5.000 square meter with landscaped garden, spacious terraces and  a large  parking lot.

The B&B contains 6 spacious bedrooms all of them with en suite bathroom, WI Fi connection and heating.

Some rooms boast views of the valley and others have views of the garden, all the rooms are very comfortable, with local details and a warm decoration.

All the rooms feature: sommier beds, heating by radiators, windows with thermal panel to keep the temperature comfortable , black out curtains , sheets and towels, private bathroom with bathtub

The hotel holds a kitchen, a breakfast room and a large living room on the ground floor for the use of guests, it has hot water and infusions to enjoy at any time of the day.

The beautiful terrace invites the guests to contemplate the landscape in its warm armchairs. The large garden tempts to walk or simply relax in its hammocks.

Actually the hotel offers “ holistic” therapies carried out by an independent therapist.

MARKETING – CLIENTELE

Due to the fact that the owner manages various businesses in Argentina, he operates this small hotel as a “hobby” without extensive marketing program nor advertises on the major “ hotel booking sites”.

The hotel works mainly with passengers and word of mouth publicity.
