COMPANY HISTORY
Back in 1990 three friends decided to open a quality furniture shop with the
philosophy – to offer high quality, beautifully designed furniture at a great price with exceptional service.
In the following years one of those friends decided to withdraw and since then the company is run by the two remaining shareholders and family.
Back in 1990 the owners started in a rental premise of 900 m2, until 2008, when they purchased a modern building located in the best commercial area : 1 km from Gibraltar and 15 km from Sotogrande.
Growth has remained stable despite having weathered two severe economic crises: 2008 the worldwide Bank Crisis and 2020 Corona Pandemia
Nevertheless, their philosophy remains the same – and they are still a family run business offering prime service.

From the beginning, the owners set out to create a one-stop shop
for all client’s home furnishing needs. Sofas in soft-to-the-touch
leathers and fine fabrics, dining sets for every taste, in marble, wood, ceramic and glass. Beautiful beds one want to sink into and fabulous accessories to complete
every room.
All the furniture is provided by the most representative national manufacturers.
2. KITCHEN
Creating a newly fitted kitchen is a professional challenge.
Together with the client the advisor will choose the best, attractive, functional and unique kitchen.
They offer infinite options to choose the best finishes. Kitchen countertops in marble, in Corian, in Silestone. Lacquered kitchen cabinets with or without handles, which will incorporate the best storage systems. Cupboards, showcases, and furniture for the laundry and ironing area, made to measure and in the best qualities.
It starts with a free design consultation with one of their professional kitchen fitting specialists.
Once the design is approved, a detailed estimate will be sent to the client.
After the signed agreement, the cabinets and accessories are ordered from the most forthcoming national kitchen manufacturers and fitting at client´s home can be started.
3. HOME APPLIANCES
Since starting the business, the owners have been committed to providing a full kitchen appliance installation. Their goal is to deliver total customer satisfaction during every job.
The licensed, insured, and bonded company is available to work with all varieties of appliances.
BRAND & LICENSES
The company owns its own brand name with great fame in the region.
Activity licenses are fully legalized by the competent administrations
(opening, sanitation, and all types of regulatory facilities by current regulations)
STAFF
Being a small business, it does not require a pyramid structure.
Both partners each perform a sales task, the rest of the activity such as: delivery, furniture assembly, kitchen and home appliance installation are subcontracted by certified professionals

- 60 % of the turnover is realized by (UK) Gibraltar Clientele, both private and corporate
- 40 % is from (expat) residents in the surrounding áreas such as Sotogrande, La Alcaidesa, La Linea, Guadiaro, San Roque, Santa Margarita, Castellar de la Frontera
FUTURE STRATEGY
Future strategy would be to implement new digital technologies.
Expand marketing strategy towards a wider expat clientele by offering so called
“Furniture packs” for rentals or new homeowners.
Or uplift the range by offering exceptional luxury furniture brands, maybe from abroad.
Same for the kitchen cabinets, looking for extra exclusive designs and finishing and state-of the art home appliances.
