This rural hotel is located in one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Cantabria (Northern Spain) adjacent to an idyllic beach with extremely fine sand.

Cantabria is very popular with international tourists for its unspoiled nature, mountains, idyllic beaches and breathtaking views.

The inn is an original building from the 19th century, a typical house for farmers with a house and stables.

In 1999 the current owners started the rehabilitation work, they wanted to keep the essence of the house, make it a point of reference that would radiate the peace and tranquility of Cantabria.

Surrounded by the noble forests, the natural and wild landscape and especially by the warm welcome from the family owners, visitors immediately feel absorbed in a wonderful rural atmosphere.

Due to the extremely professionalism, the high ratings on tourist platforms and the high occupancy rate by tourists from all over the world, the original building quickly became too small.

Hence it was decided in 2018 to create a new building with a fully glazed rear wall, equipped with 12 rooms, all in a more modern style, but always with the same luxurious rural taste.

Where customers can relax, unwind, where they can get up and lose sight of time by looking at the landscape and the sea.

The location and the views are protected by “the Law of the Spanish Coasts”, so construction is no longer allowed.

The total plot covers an area of ​​1.907 m2

Building I (original older house) 685 m2, 9 rooms with private bathroom. All furniture is custom made in chestnut wood.

There is a nice dining room with a fireplace and library, large kitchen, a wine cellar, a storage room, a laundry WC ‘s for guests.

At the entrance there is a small breakfast room of 64 m2  with 2 fireplaces, a sink, various small household appliances, chairs and tables and storage furniture.

There is also room for the heating installation, the hot water boiler and a separate outbuilding of 18 m2 for storage of linen etc and a parking space for 13 cars.

At the rear is a large terrace of 202 m2 with picnic tables, lighting and flower boxes.

Building II (new construction from 2018) 362 m2 with 12 rooms each with its own bathroom and a glass rear wall with breathtaking views.
