The corporation was established in 2016, although the current owners have been working in the electrical sector for more than 25 years, as Commercial Agents, representing numerous electrical material firms, a trajectory that allowed them to generate a wide portfolio of clients and distributors in the sector.

They started in 2016, centralizing efforts on the CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN locally in the Alicante and Province area.

The objective of this new corporation was selling and distributing decorative electrical material initially only towards the local market. Today their distribution channels reach all over the national territory as well as in Portugal. Currently the company serves 530 B2B professional clients.

In the beginning they started in a rental commercial space of 140 square meter, and after 2 years they bought an industrial warehouse of 400 square meters. One year later, due to regular expansion, the company rented the adjacent warehouse of 250 square meters.

They use 2 industrial warehouses with a capacity of 650 square meter and maybe they´ll need more space in the near future.

This company is family-owned.

The General Director oversees the operation of all departments. She cooperates and supervises the purchasing department, the commercial and logistics management, and the Client Relations Department

Furthermore, is an employee for the accounting and Human Resources department, an electrician technician two administrative sales representatives.

LOCATION

The company is situated on the main road of an important Industrial Park, well connected with the A77 motorway and the A70, enabling easy and fast connection to any point in Spain.

PREMISES

The corporation uses 2 contiguous industrial warehouses that add up to 650 square meters of storage.

  • The first warehouse,

* on the ground floor is a product showroom of 100 square meter and

* 200 m2 more of storage and toilets.

 

  • On the first-floor various offices on a total of 110 square meter, including a Meeting and Management Room, Restrooms. In addition, there is a 130 square meters for storage.

 

  • The adjoining warehouse is dedicated to the storage of large products, with a total of 250 square meters
  • In addition is a plot of 200 square meters to facilitate parking and transport of goods.

DELEGATIONS

The corporation owns 17 delegations on the national territory, and 1 delegation in Portugal.

These delegations market the products through free-lance Commercial Agents renumerated on a commission based on sales.

Each Agent has a pre-established area and can only act in its territory, freely organizing his commercial agenda, type of client, visits to be made, management and supervision of orders … etc.

Regarding the expenses derived from their commercial activity, they are fully assumed by each Commercial Agent in their area. The commercial activity of each Agent is governed by the rules contained in Law 12/1992 of May, regulating the Agency contract.

The orders from different delegations are received and processed by the wholesale company and shipped directly to the client.

In Portugal, clients are mainly Electrical Material Warehouses, the distribution is carried out through Free-Lance commercial Agents in the area.

3- Expand and commercialization of their products to the European market.

4- Focus on developing “A SUMMER CAMPAIGN”, not only projecting on the X-Mas sales. Using the same existing delegations and logistics.

FUTURE STRATEGY

Currently 80% of sales occur from September to December. This business achieves a turnover in only 4 months’ time that allows them to make the business profitable based on the Christmas campaign.

  • By adding a new “Summer Campaign” focused on weddings, parties, communions, events in general, hotels, they could double the turnover and benefits in a short period of time.

The great advantage is that many of their actual products can be used in a “Summer Campaign” they just will have to add some more exclusive items in order to create a full “Summer Catalogue” .

  • The second pillar would be to open to the European market.
