THE RESTAURANT

The premises ( aprox 600 m2) are divided into two levels, a lower floor and an upper floor.

The ground floor area at street level has a Chillout terrace of approx 350m2, with a 3×3 wooden kiosk adapted for cocktails, natural juices, shisha and drinks in general. In the center of the lower terrace are two hundred-year-old pine trees, which give the natural atmosphere of the Chillout, as well as flower boxes, terrace furniture and a very cozy atmosphere.

The area of the upper floor has 2 accesses, one where you can directly access from the street when you go up the staircase, and the other entrance is located on the lower terrace, which its central staircase divides the garden area, gives access to the main street. The upper room is provided with a 185 m2 lounge-dining room with a fireplace, bathrooms, large kitchen and changing rooms and bathrooms for staff. This large room leads to two different outdoor terraces, the first one on 129 m2 is covered, and the other outdoor terrace has a surface of 120 m2 and is equipped with an adapted entrance for the disabled.
