HOTEL
has 12 rooms, distributed on a 1.000 m2 building.
All the rooms are exterior, with
magnificent views over the olive groves surrounding the estate.
Three rooms enjoy a large and private terrace.
Every room is equipped with a full bathroom,
amenities, plasma TV, WIFI, AC / Heating,
Mini bar, etc. And display an elegant and tasteful decoration.
Each room is dedicated to a
Spanish painter and his work, decorated
in a unique style. Each room is
unique due to the different colour schemes, fabrics,
furniture and distribution.
AMENITIES
The Hotel is surrounded by 10.000 m2 of land , of which 5.000 square meters spectacular gardens and landscaped areas . A private swimming pool with cozy sunbeds and sun shades offers relaxing sunbathing contemplating the olive groves of Toledo.The barbecue area is surrounded by an original chill out terrace ,ready to serve a gin and tonic or other tasty cocktails

The building features three floors surrounded by terraces and porches of each 300 m2.

RESTAURANT SERVICES
The Hotel offers breakfast , lunch and dinner to groups less than 50 persons on previous notice.
Once they host a larger group – events, wedding parties etc- the management will hire renowned caterers.
However – if decided – the Hotel could take care of all the meals for its guests as it features 2 large kitchens ( 50 m2) , fully equipped .
TURNOVER
It has to be said that the gross of the yearly turn over is reached by organizing all kind of events ; mainly wedding celebrations. As a matter of fact they are publishing on Spain’s most prestigious “ Wedding Portal” receiving positive reviews an very high ratings.
Consequently the yearly turnover of the “ Events “ branch reaches a 950.000 €/year to be added to the yearly turnover of the “ Hotel “ branch reaching a 450.000 €/year. A total revenue of 1.350.000 € /year is easily reached.
