Located in the most commercial street of the city. The actual owners run the place since 1986.

Starting with a staff of 4, they now employ an average of 10 people.

The premise has entrances and terraces on two parallel streets.

It consists of three floors:

  • Basement of about 60 square meters, currently used as a warehouse, oven area, cold rooms
  • Ground floor of about 58 square meters, where the kitchen, bar and tables are also located.
  • Mezzanine floor of about 30 square meters where a dining room and bathrooms are installed
  • There is also a covered terrace on one street of about 80 square meters with electric awnings, TV screens, etc …,
  • There is another terrace attached to the facade with four tables and an awning, also with its corresponding permit.

Currently they serve traditional food such as fabada, “cachopos”, but also, pizzas, hamburgers, etc.,

The main terrace has a chill-out area for Drinks and Gin’s equipped with large screen television where visitors can follow numerous sports events.

The business invoices more than FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND euros/year.
