Be sure to visit City of Arts and Sciences comprising L’Hemisfèric, the Prince Felipe Museum of Science, L’Umbracle, the Oceanographic, the Palau de les Arts, the Agora and the L’Assut d’or Bridge.

Positioned on the old main village street, the house is a quiet haven away from the busy coast and yet only 25 minutes from Gandia and its beautiful beaches. It offers comfortable relaxed accommodation, perfect for a weekend escape or a memorable summer holiday.

This beautiful three-storey ancient house has been carefully restored to offer guests the charm of a traditional house. It is not a hotel but a lovely large family home with many antiques and historic personal belongings of the owner.

The property provides large open plan living and dining space, 9 spacious bedrooms, en ­suite bathrooms in the 5 family bedrooms plus an additional 3 separate bathrooms. The bedrooms offer 9 single beds, 4 double beds plus up to 5 additional beds if required by larger groups. The standard accommodation is perfect for groups of 8 to 22 people.

Facilities include a wonderful private swimming pool, patio garden, BBQ and covered dining terrace. The large lounge room is provided with TV/DVD, the dining area is sufficient for large groups and equipped with a lovely traditional fireplace (for winter months). This beautiful 3 storey townhouse has recently been restored to offer guests the charisma of a traditional house. It is a large family home with many antiques that belonged to the owner’s ancestors.
The house has a large dining room / living room, 5 spacious bedrooms, en suite bathroom to master bedroom plus an additional 3 separate bathrooms. The bedrooms offer 7 single beds, 3 double beds plus up to 2 additional beds if required by larger groups. The standard accommodation is perfect for groups of between 5 and 15.

Facilities include a private swimming pool, walled garden, patio with BBQ and outside dining terrace. The sitting room is provided with TV/DVD, the dining area is sufficient for large groups and there is a lovely traditional fireplace (for cooler months) as well as a cozy lounge to relax. For the “gourmet guests ” there is a well equipped kitchen. The furnishings are in keeping with the splendor of the property and the house is provided with air ­conditioning to the upper bedrooms, ceiling fans in the 3 lower bedrooms and heating for cooler months.
