The origins of the company date back to 1999, when the owners decided to start a wholesale and production plant specialized in elaborating “typical Spanish and regional meat products”
Their aim was to preserve the traditional touch that would make heir products a benchmark in the market.
Their location is a city in the central part of northern Spain known for its medieval streets and its Romanesque architecture.

Within the variety of products they produce, highlights one of the most typical products of Soria, the “torrezno”.
The “ torrezno” is a typical product on the menu card of restaurants and “gourmet bars”. Therefore the sales volume is important in the province with a high exploitation potential throughout Spain.

Hypermarkets Leclerc, the main and only hypermarket in Soria, is one of the company’s main clients.
Their products occupy a remarkable place within the sector, being one of the main suppliers , included in the group of local alliances.
SALES AND MARKETING
The management of the company is traditional, with hardly any use of IT tools, website or
computer programs (except invoicing and delivery notes).
Their sales channels are hypermarkets / department stores in Soria, distribution
in Soria and other provinces, such as Zaragoza; as well as supplying the hospitality sector.
EXPANSION – GROWTH
- Direct online sales is an option that has not been exploited and in the future it is an option with relatively low costs, which can open the market and increase sales volume substantially.
- Second option is to attract wholesalers nationwide willing to sell and distribute their products in Spain

The products they produce make use of raw material.
The best breed of pigs are used for the elaboration of these products. All of it complying with the quality controls established by law.
