The owners decided this in 2019 when they realized that families with children consume less and bother more. This beautiful Hotel is situated 500 meters from the national(A7) Highway on an Urbanization 40 km from Valencia capital. And although the hotel is located on the “Hinterland” of the Valencian Community, visitors can enjoy the freshness of the Mediterranean air.

This is an excellent alternative for guests, in search of a balance between the mountains and the coast. Surrounded by Mountain Nature and beautiful views of two Valleys it is a perfect situation for travellers heading to the south of Spain without having to deviate from the National Highway.

Beach lovers can explore fabulous sands as the hotel is just 30 or 40 km from the beaches of Cullera and Gandía.

This charming rural hotel has a one Star Rating.

A virgin plot of 2300 meters was bought in 2006, from there the Hotel was built from zero. On February 7, 2007 the hotel was inaugurated with 375 square meters Construction, a Pool, Garden, Terraces and Ecological Orchard.

It also has a restaurant, both for hotel customers and for private customers. (all with their corresponding permissions)

Hotel Description

They have a water softener and 10 solar panels for the service of sanitary water and heating through underfloor heating, aided by a diesel boiler on some winter days.

When the heating stops automatically because the temperature does not require it (automatic activation and deactivation programming), the excess heat from the plates is diverted to the pool water (which rises between 3 and 5 degrees in temperature), thereby extends the bathing season up to 5 months a year.

The hotel holds 6 double rooms and one single, all of them with a shower cabin, (except one that is adapted for the disabled). The entire plot (garden and terraces) and the ground floor of the building is adapted for the disabled. Besides the 7 other rooms, the owners have one double room with a bathroom and a small living room for their personal use.

The hotel has an Indoor Dining Room with Fireplace, and a capacity for 14 people. There is also an Outdoor Dining Room, fully glazed with sliding doors, magnificent views towards the garden and the Valley. It has a fireplace with a built-in oven and a capacity for 30 people. Additional there is another terrace surrounding the pool which in summer can be used as a “Terrace Restaurant” (This area has been created in the summer of 2012). On the front part of the façade there is also a terrace. Both these terraces have their corresponding toilet. This area has also been created in the summer of 2012.

In addition to Accommodation, this establishment offers Restoration service.

The client will be able to taste their typical Mediterranean cuisine in an unbeatable environment and a close treatment.

In their restaurant they lovingly prepare traditional dishes, with good products and artisanal elaboration. The puff pastry is highly appreciated by their customers. They have three varieties: spinach with goat cheese, pumpkin and leeks, and onion / apple / foie. Another of the dishes that they offer is the “oxtail” and juicy Cheeks with Oloroso wine. All of their customers who try it say they have never had one so delicious. They also prepare individual paellas and rice on request. Among them is the “Valencian paella”, with chicken, rabbit and vegetables, the vegetable paella, the broad bean and artichoke paella (in season), the cauliflower paella (in season) and the rice of Señorret.

A few years ago, the actual owners held communion and wedding events for a maximum of 40 people.

They stopped this activity because of their advanced age. Although their restaurant loyal customers and locals keep asking for it.

ACTUAL MARKETING EVENTS

They have a well-positioned website, as well as excellent opinions made by travelers on important search engines as: Booking, Expedia Tripadvisor, Ruralgest Reservation Center, toprural, Buscorestaurantes …

The hotel belongs to “Crea Turisme platform”, where they can post countless experiences and activities.

The online presentation is mostly by Booking.com, although they also work with Expedia, Rural Getaway and Ruralgest (Mister plan), this is a very complete extranet, where they can upload various offers. This website has also an online booking button

On top of this, the hotel works with a travel agency that brings fixed Company clients.
