This newly built hotel is a project constructed by a company that wants to sell commercial/hospitality property.


This impressive hotel is situated in the Western Costa del Sol, which is one of the nine regions of the province of Malaga, in the autonomous community of Andalusia.

The Costa del Sol is a pioneer of Spanish tourism, which was a relatively prosperous commercial and industrial centre for much of the 19th century. The tourist boom in the area was born in the 1920s, with the opening of the Baños del Carmen in Malaga and the Torremolinos golf course.

The Costa del Sol is located between three marine ecoregions: the Lusitana, the Mauritanian and the Mediterranean, so it presents an abundant biodiversity. Especially numerous are the species of brown, red and calcareous algae. The presence of oceanic seagrass meadows is also notorious, an endemic species of the Mediterranean, which can be found especially in the waters of the Maro-Cerro Gordo cliffs. The climate is Mediterranean. Summer is hot and dry and winter is mild and humid. The rain falls mainly between the months of November and May. The drought is present from June to September.

The municipality where this hotel is located is, without a doubt, one of the Costa del Sol’s major tourist centers, thanks to the high quality of the facilities and services it provides.
