The managing company (Sociedad Limitada) was inaugurated on the 23th April 2004.

It was focused on event celebrations and since then they have maintained a growing line of activity.

A few years ago the company expanded its activities as it was granted a special license by the Andalusian Government to implement training courses or rent their facilities to third parties who give said courses.

  • Main milestones from its foundation to today

Since its foundation the company has maintained a stable growth line, there have been no major changes, the most important to be highlighted in recent years has been the granting of approval by the Junta de Andalucía to give training courses.

The organization and day-to-day management of the company has been lead by the  same person over the years. As the property is owned by an innovative person, it has been reformed and improved over the years to meet the most modern standards however there have been no changes in location.

 

DESCRIPTION

The plot has a total of 10,000m2, the building is 3,000m2, the gardens are 2,000m2 and the parking lot is 4,000m2.

The capacity is of 900 people.

The equipment of the salons can be seen on a virtual visit to the company.
